Meet some of our team members

Ian Mills

Partnership Manager
Ian works with a portfolio of brokers, accountants and solicitors in helping their clients source business finance. He has over 20 years of experience working in commercial finance. A big Arsenal fan, Ian wrote for the club’s fanzine The Gooner for over 14 years.

Eva Schueckel

Head of Communications
Eva manages both internal and external communications and public relations at Spotcap. She worked previously for communications consultancy Greentarget. Eva volunteers for several charities and loves sports and the outdoors.

Faton Gashi

Sales Support Manager
Faton is part of the sales support team at Spotcap. Before joining, he held various roles with HSBC and was awarded Customer's Choice Advisor in 2017. Faton's mindset is set on growth and he lives by the saying ''Be yourself, there's only one you''.
