Meet our team

Niels Turfboer, Managing Director

Niels has over 20 years of experience working in financial services. After time at ABN Amro and ING, he founded and grew an education business. Niels obtained an MBA at the IE Business School in Madrid and specialised in Strategy and Finance at the NYU Stern School of Business in New York.

Kevin Vendel, Head of Sales

Kevin has built an extensive partnership network for Spotcap in the UK and is currently overseeing Spotcap’s sales and sales support team. He has several years of experience at TKB and De Persgroep.

Helena Zarchan, Head of Communications

Helena is responsbile for developing and implementing Spotcap’s communications and PR strategy. She has over 10 years of experience, working at leading PR firm Burson-Marsteller, among others. Helena holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
